Joy is brought through highly interactive sessions, group and one-on-one coaching, keynotes and consulting. The interactive sessions, a combination of training, coaching, consulting, advising and sheer fun, challenge participants to grow and improve. Topics covered include leadership, teamwork, strategy and purpose.
Typically bookended by pre-work before the session and commitments at the end of each session, a curriculum of growth is brought.
For teams it is based on the work of Patrick Lencioni (“The Five Dysfunctions of the Team” and “Advantage”) and Stephen M.R. Covey’s “The Speed of Trust”—with the founder’s more than 20 years of business experience and shared experiences of CEOs and Executives he coached— the results follow quickly. It can start with the two-hour long session JoyCaptain© focussed on strengthening servant leadership skills. The next step is to prepare and strengthen the team. GritPower© is broken into two two-hour sessions: the first to build mental toughness, the second emotional mastery and ego management. FeedbackFinder© follows. Other sessions (described in more detail under “Products”) cover topics such as trust (team trust, self-trust and relationship trust), conflict (and robust conversations), commitment (and rules of engagement), accountability, results (and team effectiveness) as well as the joy that follows when the team fully enjoys the speed that a culture of trust brings!
To implement a robust business operating system, EOS® (the Entrepreneurial Operating System) is used. The principal is an EOS® implementer and has led many a company through a full implementation. The curriculum covers topics like vision (core values, core focus, targets, marketing strategy, pictures of the future), people (right people, right seats, accountability chart), issues (issues list, solving issues), tractions (quarterly rocks, regular meeting cadence), process (documents, followed by all) and data (scorecard, measurables). Implementation include quarterly pulsing day-long meetings (to keep on track) and an annual two-day retreat to strategically plan and course correct.
